One of my friend told that they make chutney with cauliflower stem I combined it with capsium.
Ingredients:
Capsicum 1/2 medium
Cauliflower stem 1 medium sized cauliflower
Onion 1
Green Chillies 2
Urad dal 2 teaspoons
Chana dal 2 teaspoon
Jeera 1 teaspoon
Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon
Red Chillies 2
Tumeric powder 1 pinch
Hing 2 pinch
Tamarind 1 inch piece
Ginger 1 inch piece
Oil 4 teaspoons
Salt as needed
Preparation:
1. Cut cauliflower stems,capsicum and onion into pieces.
2. Heat a pan and add 2 teaspoons of oil after oil is heated add the cauliflower stems, capsicum and onion. Cover it with a lid. Add tumeric powder. After they are cooked switch off the stove.
3. Heat a pan and add the remaining oil after oil is heated add chana dal, urad dal, jeera ,mustard seeds, hing,curry leaves and red chillies. After the mustard seeds satrt to spultter and the dals slightly color.
4. In a mixie or grinder add the vegetables , tadka , green chillies, ginger , tamarind and salt. Add little water and make it into coarse paste.
