Besan 2 Cups
Sugar 2 Cups
Ghee 2 Cups
Cardamom Powder 1 teaspoon
Garnishing raisins 1teaspoon
Cashew 1 teaspoon
1. Heat a pan add 2 teaspoons of ghee and turn to low flame. Add besan to it after good smell comes. Switch off stove. Sieve the besan so that no lumps are formed.
2. Add sugar to it and mix well. Add besan to it .Add the cardamon powder. Add the remaining ghee and mix well. Stir continously.
3. When the besan mixture become thick switch off the stove.
Fry cashews and raisins in ghee and garnish the halwa.
