I had left over chapathis at my house. We were going to party  the next day . I did not want the food to be wasted so I made these  and my son loved them. They tasted like diamond cuts and very yummy. My husband also liked them. You can store them for a week.

Chapathis 3
Chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
(adjust accordingly)
Oil for frying
Salt as needed

1. Cut chapathis into diamond shaped ones.

2. Heat a pan and after the oil is heated add the chapathi pieces to it. Fry them until they turn golden color .

3. Put them in a tissue and add salt and red chilli powder.
