Jawhar or Maize or Jonna pindi dosa

Ingredients:
Jawhar or Maize flour Jonna pindi 1 cup
Rice flour ½ cup
Curd ½ cup
Ginger 1 inch piece
Green chili 2
Salt as needed
Oil for making doas

Preparation:
1. In a bowl mix jawhar flour, rice flour, green chili, ginger, curd and water. In a mixie or blender blend the batter into medium consistency batter. No fermentation is required.
2. Heat a pan and spread the dosa batter as a 6 inch dosa. Spread oil around the surface of the dosa.
3. When cooked on one side flip it over to other side. Roast it to golden color and serve hot with chutney.
