Besan Burfi - Variety 1

Besan 1 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Ghee 1 cup
Cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon
Cashew 1 teaspoon
Pista 1 teaspoon

Preparation :
1.Heat the ghee and cook the besan on low flame till the raw smell disappears. Make sure the colour of the besan does not change.
2. Add sugar to the besan mixture.Add cardamom powder.
3. Stir continously until the mixture seperates from the pan.
4. In pan put 1 teaspoon ghee fry cashwes.
5. Spread out on greased plate. When firm cut into squares.
6. Garnish with pistas.
