Peanuts or ground nuts 1 cup
Til or nuvvulu or sesame seeds ¼ cup
Green chillies 4
Garlic cloves 3
Ginger 1 inch piece
Tamarind 2 inch piece
Salt as needed
1. Heat a pan and dry roast peanuts and til or nuvvulu. When they slightly change color switch off the stove.
2. Grind the roasted peanuts, til, green chillies, ginger, garlic, salt and tamarind to a fine paste by adding water. Adjust the consistency using suitable amount of water as per your taste.
