Ingredients:
Big sour Raw mango 1/2 big sized
Sesame powder or nuvvulu podi 5 teaspoons
Chilli powder 5 teaspoons
Sesame oil or oil 3 tablespoons
Mustard seeds 1 teaspoons
Red chillies 2
Hing or inguava 2 pinches
Preparation:
1. Wash and wipe the mango and chop it into small pieces.
2. Add turmeric powder, salt and mix well.
3. Dry roast sesame seeds or nuvvulu in medium low flame and when they become light brown color switch off the stove and make into smooth powder.
5. Heat a pan after pan is heated add oil and after oil warms add mustard seeds, broken red chillies and hing. When the mustard seeds start to pop switch off the stove.
4. Add the sesame powder or nuvvulu podi and red chilli powder to the mango pieces and mix well.
