Wheat flour 2 cups
Dried Basil leaves or Dried Tulasi leaves 2 table spoons
Oil for deep frying
Salt as needed
1. In a big bowl add wheat flour, basil leaves, salt and water, knead it chapathi dough. Using chapathi roller spread it into thin flat sheet. Cut them into triangles. Using a fork place holes on them.
2. Heat a deep pan and add oil after oil is heated gently add the tringular tortillas and deep fry. When they turn golden color on one side gently flip them over to the other side.
3. Transfer them to a tissue paper. Serve with salsa or Pico de galo.
