Ingredients:
Ricotta Cheese 3 cups (I brought from walmart)
Milk Powder 5 cups ( I used non fat milk powder from Walmart)
Sugar 2 and ½ cups
( adjust accordingly)
Ghee 2 teaspoons
Almonds for decoration
Preparation:
1. Heat a pan and turn to medium low flame ,add 3 cups of ricotta cheese and after it starts to melt . Stir it continuously.
2. Add milk powder and mix well . Add little butter and sugar and mix well.
3. Keep stirring until the mixture thickens.
4. Grease a plate . After it cools spread it on the plate and roll it with chapathi wooden rooler . Cut it into pieces and garnish with almonds.

Wow. A traditional recipe mad easy!! I remember I made this some time ago spending hours in the kitchen using traditional method.
