Ingredients:
Roasted Chana dal(Potanala pappu) 1 cup
Peanuts(Palli or Vesanaga pappu) 1/2 cup
Jeera 2 teaspoons
Red chilies 15
Salt as needed

Preparation:
1. Heat a pan. Now add the roasted chana dal in the pan for about 5 minutes on a low flame . No need to add any oil for this podi.
2. Remove the roasted chana dal and add peanuts to the pan and roast them on allow flame for 5 minutes .
3. Remove the peanuts and put in the roasted chana dal bowl.
4. Roast the jeera and red chillis in the pan and add to roasted chana dal and peanuts.
5. Grind all the items in a mixie and make them into a fine powder .Add salt.
