Boondi

Ingredients :
Besan 2cups
Water 2 cups
Baking soda 2 pinch
Red chilli powder  1teaspoon
Oil for deep frying
Salt as needed
Sieve with round holes or boondi making plate


Preparation:
1.In a bowl add besan,salt and water and mix in the mixie for 2 minutes. Add baking soda.



2.Heat a pan add oil and boil in medium flame for 3-4 minutes.Take boondi making plate or a sieve with round holes put the batter in boondi making plate.





3.The batter will start dropping through holes. In a bowl palce a tissue paper and put the boondi in this bowl.(Excess oil will be absorbed by the paper)


4. Deep fry till the drops become golden brown. Mix red chilli powder according to your taste.
