Ingredients:
Maida 1 cup
Rava 1 cup
Baking powder 1 pinch
Salt

Preparation:
1. Mix maida,rava,salt and baking powder add 1 cup of water make it into a smooth tight dough.
2. Close the dough with a wet cloth and set aside for 10 minutes.
3. Take a small piece ball from dough and make them into round biscuit size puri .
4. Heat oil in a pan for 5 minutes and put puri and press it well with spatula to puff up and fry till crisp and golden brown.
