Lemon Rice

This is a very simple and tasty recipe . You can make this in 10 minutes if you have rice at home.





Ingredients :
Rice                   1 Cup
Green Chillies   2
Ginger               1 inch piece
Chana Dal         1 teaspoon
Urad Dal            1 teaspoon
Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon
Peanuts            1 teaspoon
Curry leaves     6 to 8
Turmeric           1/4 teaspoon
Hing                   2 pinches
Lemon               1 or
Lemon juice      3 teaspoons
Oil                       3 teaspoons
Salt as needed



Preparation:
1. Take 1 cup of rice and cook it by adding 2 cups of water. Spread the cooked rice a big bowl.



2. Cut green chilli and ginger into  small pieces.

3.Heat oil in a pan, add chana dal, urad dal, mustard seeds, curry leaves, peanuts, turmeric,green chillies,ginger and hing fry till the urad dal becomes into golden color .


4. Mix the above tadka in step 3 to the cooked rice in the bowl and add salt mix well. Now add the lime juice to the rice.












Tasty lemon rice is ready .
