Very easy recipe to make and very tasty to eat. Can be made instantly when some one comes home or for a potlock.
Ingredients:
Maida 2 cups
Curd 1 cup
Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
(adjust accordingly)
Salt as needed
Oil for frying
Preparation:
1. In a bowl add maida, curd, salt and red chilli powder into a thin batter. Add little water to make the batter.
2. Heat a pan and add oil after oil is heated add small sized maida batter to it. Uniformly fry on all side till they turn into golden brown color.
